SHIPPING POLICY
We provide free shipping on all merchandise for shipping within India. For international shipping, we provide free shipping on orders above INR 25,000. For all other orders, the shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout.
All our orders are processed and dispatched the next day of placing the order. We ensure to deliver the package with quality packaging within the given time frame. Shipping within India roughly takes 4 working days while shipping internationally takes 7 working days.
If the products need to be shipped through an express track, we request you to email us along with the order ID and we’ll do our best to get the product to you. When the express shipment is requested, charges will apply which the customer will be required to pay the transit invoice. The request is accepted only on +918012891489.
Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete and valid address and pin code while checking out, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the customer for any delay in delivery of the products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
For international customers, the VAT / Import Duties / Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
Delivery times mentioned are indicative only. In rare cases deliveries might be delayed due to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Returns are not accepted as required assistance is provided prior the purchase is made. Returns & exchange will only be accepted in case of dispatch of incorrect item. Every product that is dispatched is quality checked and then approved for shipping.
The product must be in its original unused condition and sent along with original bill and tags intact. The product must be sent through standard courier services as the customer is liable in the event of loss of the product before it reaches us.
Your return request should be sent to +918012891489 within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests sent after the 24 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns.
If you receive your order in a parcel and packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised NOT to accept such a parcel and DO NOT open the package. Kindly immediately get in touch with us at +918012891489.

Exchanges are thoroughly not accepted on any grounds including colour deviations. The product photographs may look different at times due to temperature of your monitor and/or device settings. We aim to produce the exact same colour and also assist in providing daylight pictures when requested.
Cancellations of order are eligible only before the product is shipped. An equivalent credit point will be provided which can be used for subsequent purchases.
