RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS POLICY:
Returns are not accepted as required assistance is provided prior the purchase is made. Returns & exchange will only be accepted in case of dispatch of incorrect item or items with manufacturing defects. Every product that is dispatched is quality checked and then approved for shipping.
The product must be in its original unused condition and sent along with original bill and tags intact. The product must be sent through standard courier services as the customer is liable in the event of loss of the product before it reaches us.
Your return request should be sent to +918012891489 within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests sent after the 24 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns.
If you receive your order in a parcel and packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised NOT to accept such a parcel and DO NOT open the package. Kindly immediately get in touch with us at +918012891489.
We aim to process all returns within 7 working days and resend the ordered product.

Exchanges are thoroughly not accepted on any grounds including colour deviations. The product photographs may look different at times due to temperature of your monitor and/or device settings. We aim to produce the exact same colour and also assist in providing daylight pictures when requested.
Cancellations of order are eligible only before the product is shipped. An equivalent credit point will be provided which can be used for subsequent purchases.
Refunds of any order are not provided once the product is shipped.
